Sierra is the CEO & President of The Arreis Construction Group. Also, serving in dynamic roles entailing Chief construction officer, and director of contracting concerns and management. Experienced in Construction & Program constructability practices; data reports; risk management and utilities undergrounding programs. Her responsibilities include Overseeing all leadership roles, financial management, strategic planning, and administrative management of the firm, as well as the development and evolution of the firm’s quality assurance policies. Ensuring that Arreis continually meets best practices and the rigorous demands of working with classified information. Sierra’s real-world practitioner approach to addressing client priorities has been a driving force in the firm’s growth. Sierra has a passion to give back to the community as the Chief Benefactor behind the “Arreis Impact Foundation” which provides dedicated support that helps former inmates, disabled veterans and the homeless acclimate back into society.
